Meet Your Therapist

Yakia Graham-Foxe has been practicing physical therapy since 2012. She is a native of Florence, SC and a graduate of West Florence High School in 2003. Yakia attended Charleston Southern University and the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC. She ultimately graduated from the College of Charleston in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in Biology. Upon completion of college, Yakia worked a year and a half at Roper Hospital as a therapy aide and volunteer at different facilities before being accepted at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL in 2009.

Upon completion of physical therapy school, Yakia acquired experience in multiple settings including inpatient, inpatient rehab, skilled nursing facility and outpatient rehab. Yakia has developed a special interest in outpatient orthopedics and is currently working toward her manual therapy certification.

Outside of work, Yakia is a happily married mother of 3. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family in her free time.
